30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • You may return your unopened or defective item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@ZA-GAME.co.za with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping address.

  3. Once received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Exceptions

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Opened items (non-defective) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
